handsome little dude

Yep. He is quite handsome.

I couldn't resist getting some good pictures of him in this outfit.

I begged him (not that he had a clue as to what I was saying :) ) to make it until we got home from church before he pooped so I could take a few pictures of him! I just had this sneaking suspicion that he would poop and it would explode.

It happened. And in these pictures he has a dirty diaper-but you would never be able to guess!

But I got my pictures! And then I changed him-and immediately soaked his clothes since it was a blow out! :P

Life is definitely more interesting with a 4 1/2 month old. The things I hope and wish for are drastically different after baby. :)



P.S-He can sit up by himself now :)

A snowy April 4th

We were supposed to go to my parents house this evening, after Brandon was done working but late in the afternoon the sleet turned to a fast and furious snow.

It quickly started to pile up so we decided it would be best to stay home tonight and not risk the roads with drivers who don't know how to drive in slush on roads. There had already been quite a few accidents we heard of and wanted to air on the side of caution.

So a snowy evening of napping, cookie baking and sitting by the fire it was. And still is. :)

The reason we were going to my parents was that I was going to be doing a family/newborn photo session for some friends of ours back home. She let me know today that they would have to reschedule, but we will still go out there. :) We have a date night planned after all. :)
First time my parents will get to babysit the little man.
