The other day I made a recipe that my sister Stephanie shared with me. Homemade ham and cheese pockets. They are super easy to make and make for a good snack or a quick on the go tie over for lunch or dinner.

Each batch makes around 12 pockets and when you cook them they expand.
(sorry my pictures are such an awful color-iPods do that)

You make the dough and then divide it into 12 balls.

Then you roll each one out...

The next step is to out the ham and cheese on one side of the rolled out dough ball.

Then you seal the pockets with a fork and stick them on a cookie sheet.

they only bake for about 12-18 minutes. And six fit on a sheet. So its nice and quick :)
All finished. :)

Here is the link to the recipe.

I can't wait to try the broccoli and cheese pockets. That website is fantastic for recipes :)

I promise I will be posting pictures of the house on my next blogging post :)
